Louwrens Lindemans
CEO for The OMNI Group Netherlands
Louwrens joined the Omni Group, as Managing Director of Omni Facility Management Benelux BV, in January 2018 and is responsible for both operations and growth in the region. Louwrens has over 20 years of valuable and transferable industry experience and has successfully built and sold businesses in the Outsourced Housekeeping sector in the Netherlands. Louwrens has proven to be an experienced relationship manager with a great eye for detail and passionate leader of the Omni NL team.
Joost Dixon-Hogenboom
COO for The OMNI Group Netherlands
Joost was the first to join The Omni Group The Netherlands in February 2016. He has been working in the Hospitality Industry for more than 25 years. Joost started his career holding various positions within housekeeping departments of five star hotels, and later assessed the quality at branded hotel chains as a Quality Assurance Consultant throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. Joost is a real people person, has a real hands-on attitude, and always goes for the best result.
Marije Verschelling
Human Resources Director
Marije joined The Omni Group in August 2017, she has worked within the HR domain for more than twenty years in the Hospitality Industry. Marije is passionate about building teams and creating a safe environment for all our employees. She is always keen on celebrating successes, getting the right person in the right place, and never forgets a birthday.
Caroline Lindemans
Executive Management Assistant
Caroline has a Master’s degree in International Business Management and over 15 years experience as Executive Management Assistant. Caroline is an experienced and motivated Executive Management Assistant with valuable experience in business, excellently capable of effectively managing desired processes. Caroline joined Omni in 2020.
